The FRAM contract has been in existence since 1955, ensuring quality sustainment, logistics, and material support to the Aviation Center of Excellence (AVCOE) and other associated entities. The mission is to consistently deliver safe, reliable, and mission-ready aircraft for uninterrupted flight training. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, materials, parts, supplies, transportation, and equipment necessary to meet the requirements defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Aircraft and Component Maintenance: Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and replacements to maintain airworthiness. 2. Maintenance Support Requirements: Ensure that scheduled breaks or shift changes do not delay maintenance support responses. 3.
