Conduct an annual inspection of swinging fire door assemblies for Building 1 and Building 17, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW). 2. Perform quarterly inspections of fire and smoke barriers in the same buildings, including necessary repairs as outlined in the SOW. 3. Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and quality measures necessary for inspections and repairs. 4. Install specified fire-stop materials as per ASTM-E814 specifications for 1- and 2-hour partitions. 5. Document all inspections, including a spreadsheet detailing deficiencies found and corrections made within seven calendar days post-inspection completion, along with photographic evidence. Period of Performance The contract period starts from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with options to extend for additional years.
