Background The Indian Health Service-Zuni IHS Hospital, under the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Morris Systems, Inc. for the M-System inventory management software licenses, maintenance, and support services. Morris Systems, Inc., located in McKinney, TX, is the original equipment manufacturer and proprietary provider of the M-System software currently utilized by the Zuni Service Unit. The agency has determined that Morris Systems, Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required services without substantial duplication of cost or unacceptable disruption to operations.
