Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on the prior award 47QSWA18D003B-M6700125F1074, awarded to Delta Scientific Corporation for $54,762 (04/28/25–06/12/25) for a “MOBILE BARRIER SYSTEM.” The current requirement for mobile denial barriers with towable trailer components, remote operation/cabling, rapid deployability, and ASTM F 2656-07 M40 compliance is consistent with a continuation of supplying mobile barrier systems rather than a substantially different product category.
