The NPS requires portable toilet rental services to support crowds expected during the America 250 Blue Angels airshow at Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine (FOMC) from June 26 to June 28, 2026. This contract aims to provide necessary sanitation facilities during this significant event. Work Details The contractor will provide rental services for portable toilets, including delivery, placement, restocking, servicing, and removal of units at designated locations. Specifically, the contract includes: - Rental of sixty (60) standard portable toilet units with associated support services. - Rental of six (6) ADA compliant portable toilet units with associated support services. All services must adhere to the specifications outlined in the Statement of Work. Period of Performance The period of performance for this contract is from June 25, 2026, to June 29, 2026. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine located at 2400 East Fort Avenue, Baltimore MD 21230. Bidder Requirements This solicitation is set aside for Small Business participation. Bidders must demonstrate capability in providing portable toilet rental services and must have experience in managing similar contracts. Key personnel must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English without the use of a translator.
