Background

Clark County, Nevada, is seeking qualified firms or individuals to submit bids for an Annual Requirements Contract for the preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement of sectional overhead, rolling steel (coil), four-fold, and high-speed rolling doors countywide. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of these doors across various county facilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide preventative maintenance services, repairs, and replacements for sectional overhead doors, rolling steel (coil) doors, four-fold doors, and high-speed rolling doors at multiple fire stations and other county facilities. Specific locations include Fire Stations 11 through 39, various maintenance shops, and other public works facilities. Each service location requires a specified number of services per year (4 services for most fire stations). The estimated annual usage for Package 2 services is not to exceed $843,000.00.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence on June 8, 2026, with a response deadline of June 25, 2026. The period of performance will be determined based on the awarded contract duration.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at various locations throughout Clark County, Nevada, including but not limited to Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a valid Nevada State Contractor's Board license. Additionally, bidders are required to provide contact information for their local facility and a contact representative.
