Background

This Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) aims to identify qualified companies to provide compliance investigation services for the WIC program. The contract will be awarded under Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15, which covers the procurement of Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants.

Contract Requirements

- The contract will have a duration of 5 years, with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. - The vendor with the highest ranking based on qualifications will be selected for contract negotiations at compensation determined to be fair and reasonable. - If an agreement cannot be reached with the highest-ranked vendor, negotiations may proceed with the next highest-ranked vendor.
