Summary: Background The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Job Corps, is issuing this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-Aside for interim caretaker and security services at the Atlanta Job Corps Center, located at 4850 Washington Road, South Fulton, Georgia 30349. The goal of this contract is to maintain the center in a safe and operational condition, ensuring the protection of Government-owned property and facilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and management necessary to deliver caretaker and security services. Specific tasks include: - Facility maintenance to ensure operational status. - Grounds maintenance to prevent damage or deterioration. - Property inventory services to track Government-owned assets. - Security services to prevent unauthorized access to the facilities.
