Mobilization and Demobilization: Mobilize and demobilize to and from the Willow Work Center stockpile location and NFSR 373 Thumb Butte Loop with all required loading and hauling equipment. 2. Loader with Operator: Provide a loader with a minimum five (5) cubic yard bucket to load haul trucks at the stockpile location. 3. Dump Truck with Operator: Provide three (3) dump trucks with ten to twelve (10 – 12) cubic yard capacity to haul aggregate material to NFSR 373 Thumb Butte Loop. 4. Vibratory Smooth Drum Roller with Operator: Provide one (1) vibratory smooth single-drum roller with operator to compact aggregate at NFSR 373 Thumb Butte Loop. 5. Water Tender with Operator: Provide one (1) water tender with a capacity of 2000 – 3000 gallons to support aggregate reshaping and compaction activities. 6. Aggregate Material Purchase: Purchase 600 cubic yards (or 1050 tons) of M.A.G. Aggregate Base Course (ABC) spec material from a local commercial source.
