Background The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure on-site film digitization, information technology (IT) support, and equipment maintenance services. The goal of the contract is to provide essential services that support the NGA's mission in geospatial intelligence. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW): 1. Labor services as per SOW Sections 4.1 - 4.2, which includes on-site film digitization and IT support. 2. Maintenance services as per SOW Sections 4.3 - 4.7, which involves upkeep of equipment used in film digitization and IT operations. 3. Travel services as per SOW Section 4.8, which will be reimbursed based on actual costs incurred. The contract will include a base period of performance of 12 months with options for four additional 12-month periods. Period of Performance Base period of performance is set for 12 months with options for four additional 12-month periods. Place of Performance Services will be performed at NGA facilities located in Springfield, VA. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet all requirements specified in the RFP including compliance with laws and regulations relevant to government contracts. Offerors must demonstrate technical capabilities related to the Endor services specified in the SOW and provide required documentation such as CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number.
