Background The Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) is part of the U.S. Army and is responsible for conducting testing and evaluation of military systems. The goal of this contract is to provide welding, machining, painting, and fabrication services to support specific programs at the ATC. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing welding, machining, painting, and fabrication services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include: 1. Performing direct support tasks charged to customer work orders via cost transfer. 2. Purchasing items directly used for contract work under Other Direct Costs (ODC). 3.
