Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Training purchase - Execution Engine Boot Camp. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to THE LIGHTWELL GROUP LLC, 911 Moonluster DR Casselberry, Florida 32707-3438, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that THE LIGHTWELL GROUP LLC is the sole provider of Training purchase - Execution Engine Boot Camp NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC). The Government intends to acquire Commercial items or services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 for Commercial The NAICS Code for this procurement is 611430. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 8:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on 6/11/2026. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Background NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Training purchase - Execution Engine Boot Camp. The Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) has established its strategic planning framework ('Flight Plan') and requires an internal operating system for sustainable transformation. The goal of this contract is to equip MSFC OCFO personnel with the capacity, frameworks, and governance structures necessary to lead transformation initiatives, mitigate execution risks, and ensure long-term cultural adoption. Work Details The Contractor shall deliver an integrated capability-building program consisting of an intensive instructional course followed by a targeted hands-on coaching period. The scope centers around a three-pronged transformation model: Action Teams, Governance Synchronizations, and Red Team stress-testing. Core tasks include: 1) Course Delivery & Framework Training - Execute the core training curriculum focusing on human-centered design frameworks and tactical planning methodologies. 2) Subsequent Coaching & Applied Execution - Provide expert advisory and coaching to participants as they apply classroom concepts to real-world OCFO Flight Plan initiatives. By the conclusion of the training and coaching period, participants must demonstrate proficiency in core competencies including Transformation Role Discipline, Human-Centered Framework Application, Rigorous Project Planning, and Applied Change Leadership. Period of Performance June 23, 2026 through July 1, 2026 Place of Performance Training and coaching sessions will be conducted on-site at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and/or via authorized virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
