Background The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the procurement of components necessary to complete the E-3 Component Test Bed build-out at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC). The goal of this contract is to acquire specific hardware components without any installation, fabrication, testing, or system integration services. Work Details This procurement is a Brand Name requirement specifically for Butech products. The contractor is required to supply and deliver the full bill of materials (BOM) as listed below. All components must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The items include: - Valves - Regulators - Gauges - Digital instrumentation - Filters - Check valves - Specialty hardware The Bill of Materials (BOM) includes: - 3DVK63‑20‑20 — qty 2 - 20SC9 — qty 6 - 20SC16‑TFE — qty 4 - 20V161V — qty 3 - 20UV91V — qty 26 Each valve must include one corresponding OEM-approved spare softgoods kit to support maintenance and refurbishment. No substitutions are permitted for any items. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance Delivery is to be made to Building 4010 at NASA Stennis Space Center, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529. Bidder Requirements Bidders must provide all specified items that match the exact part numbers and quantities listed. Each item must arrive itemized and labeled for receipt inspection. Additionally, all valves must come with a matching spare softgoods kit; no valve shall be delivered without this kit. Substitution of non-OEM softgoods is not permitted.
