Background

The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) to contract with a vendor for mechanical and body repairs on MN DOT Unit #219544, a Western Star 4700 Tandem Axle plow truck. This vehicle has sustained damage due to an accident, affecting multiple components. The goal of this contract is to restore the vehicle to operational condition.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing mechanical and body repairs on the specified truck, which includes the following components: Detroit Diesel DD13 Engine and Allison 4500 RDS Transmission with PTO.
