Cosmetology Lab

Background

Clintondale Community Schools (CCS) is seeking bids for the construction of a Cosmetology Lab at Clintondale High School. The goal of this contract is to provide a complete and functional cosmetology lab that meets the specifications outlined in the provided drawings and documents.

Work Details

The contract requires a single lump sum proposal for the complete work indicated on the drawings and specifications. This includes all necessary construction, installation, and finishing work required to establish a fully operational cosmetology lab as per the architectural plans provided by Wakely Associates Inc./Architects.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to be completed by June 12, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at Clintondale High School, located at 35100 Little Mack, Clinton Township, MI 48035.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit an original and two copies of their bid along with a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with members of the School Board or Superintendent. Each proposal must include a certified check, cashier's check, or Surety Bid Bond amounting to at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting on June 23, 2026, is required for bid acceptance.
