The Joe T. Bidders must also furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond for one hundred percent of the contract price from an approved surety company licensed in Arkansas. Compliance with Arkansas Law for public works construction is required, as well as adherence to Executive Order 11246 regarding non-discrimination.
