Following the evaluation of the responses to the RFQ, this Request for Proposals is being issued to the short-listed Respondents to solicit and evaluate additional information about each Respondent's Project Management Approach, Fee Structure, and to make the selection of the Construction Manager at Risk for negotiation of a contract with the City of Saint Paul. A Mandatory Pre Proposal Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 at 10:00 AM on site. The address is at 1020 Duluth St, St Paul, MN 55106. Addenda (if necessary) will post Thursday, July 2, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
