This solicitation is prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, DFARS (05/07/2026), and NMCARS 18-22. This requirements is a total small business set-aside.
