Highland High School Rebuild - Bid Package 2

Background

Hogan Construction, serving as the Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) for the Salt Lake City School District, is initiating a bid for the Highland High School Rebuild project. The goal of this contract is to facilitate the construction and renovation of Highland High School, ensuring that it meets modern educational standards and community needs.

Work Details

The current bid package includes the following components: 1. Core Building: Complete Divisions 4 (Masonry), 6 (Wood and Plastics), 7 (Thermal and Moisture Protection), 8 (Doors and Windows), 9 (Finishes), 10 (Specialties), 11 (Equipment), 12 (Furnishings), 13 (Special Construction), 14 (Conveying Equipment), 15 (Mechanical), 16 (Electrical) - all relevant sections. 2. Field House: All trades involved in construction. 3. Parking Structure: All trades involved in construction. 4. Sitework: Partial work for Divisions 2 (Sitework), 5 (Metals), and 32 (Exterior Improvements) including demolition, installation of site handrails and guardrails, landscaping, fencing, site amenities, bleachers, and track replacement.

Period of Performance

The bids are due on June 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM prevailing Mountain Time.

Place of Performance

Highland High School, located at 2166 S 1700 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must register with Hogan Construction to receive full project documents and any future addenda. Specific RFPs are required from certain trades including Masonry, Storefront and Curtain Wall, Metal Stud and Gypsum, Roofing, Fire Sprinkler, Mechanical and Plumbing, Electrical, Communications and Security, and Landscape. Other trades not listed do not require qualifications to be submitted.
