The Kansas 911 Council is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for a 911 Learning Management System. Work Details

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive 911 Learning Management System that includes: - Development and implementation of an online training platform tailored for 911 personnel. - Course content creation covering various aspects of emergency response, communication protocols, and technology use in dispatching. - User management features allowing for tracking of training progress and certifications. - Integration capabilities with existing systems used by the Kansas 911 Council. - Ongoing technical support and system maintenance throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon final signature and will last for three (3) years, with an option to renew for two additional twelve (12) month periods.

The services will be performed primarily in Topeka, Kansas, with potential remote access capabilities for users statewide.
