Background

Work Details

Offerors are required to confirm their conformance to the scope of work and specifications as detailed in the RFQ.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award but is expected to cover multiple months or years depending on the implementation and support phases outlined in the proposal.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections located at 100 N. 15th Ave., Suite 103, Phoenix, AZ 85007.

Bidder Requirements

Offerors must acknowledge their conformance to all aspects of the RFQ and are required to submit any exceptions using the designated form. The state will not consider exceptions unless they are clearly marked on this form. Additionally, bidders must comply with any specific licensing or registration requirements as stipulated in the solicitation.
