Background

The County of Hawai'i is seeking quotations for the procurement of Apple tablets and accessories. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary technology to support the operations of the Public Works Engineering Division. This solicitation is part of the County's efforts to enhance its technological capabilities and improve service delivery.

Work Details

The contract includes the following items: 1. iPad Pro 11-inch (M5 Chip), Wi-Fi + Cellular, 256GB with standard glass - Silver (Apple Product Number: ME2P4LL/A) - Quantity: 4 units. No substitutions allowed. 2. NEW Apple Pencil Pro (Apple Product Number: MX2D3AM/A) - Quantity: 4 units. No substitutions allowed. All quotations must include applicable shipping and taxes, not exceeding 4.712%. The unit price shall not exceed two decimal places and must be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by June 10, 2026.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Hawai‘i Compliance Express requirements for contracts valued at $2,500 or greater. Proof of compliance must be provided prior to award. Additionally, bidders must not be debarred by the State of Hawai'i or the United States Federal government at the time of bidding.
