Shooting Targets

Background

The County of Hawai'i is seeking quotations for shooting targets to support the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney. The goal of this contract is to procure specific types of shooting targets for use in law enforcement training and related activities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following items: 1. Action Target High Visibility IPSC/USPSA Paper Target (Quantity: 3 EACH, Color: Black/White, 100 COUNT) 2. Splatterbust Targets - 12x18 inch Silhouette Splatter Target, Fluorescent Yellow upon Impact (Quantity: 1 EACH, 50 COUNT) 3. Silhouette Shooting Target, 23x35 inch Paper Targets for Shooting Range (Quantity: 2 EACH, 25 COUNT) 4. Highwild 12x12 inch splatter Adhesive Bullseye Fluorescent Yellow Shooting Target Stickers (Quantity: 2 EACH, 25 COUNT). All items must be delivered F.O.B. Destination at the specified address.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to be fulfilled by June 10, 2026.

Place of Performance

All products are to be delivered to 655 Kilauea Ave, Hilo, HI 96720.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Hawai‘i Compliance Express requirements for contracts valued at $2,500 or greater. Proof of compliance must be provided prior to award. Additionally, bidders must not be debarred by the State of Hawai`i or the United States Federal government at the time of bidding.
