Hotel to Terminal Pathway

Background

The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is seeking professional design services for the Hotel to Terminal Pathway project at Indianapolis International Airport. The goal of this project is to create a pathway connecting a new hotel currently under construction to the existing airport terminal parking garage, enhancing customer experience. This project is identified as Project No. I-26-093 and aims to support the IAA's commitment to providing a world-class customer experience.

Work Details

The professional design services required will include, but are not limited to: - Architectural - Mechanical - Electrical

Plumbing/Fire Protection

- Structural services. Expected deliverables include:

Project Closeout/As-Builts

- 10-Month Warranty Review.

Period of Performance

The contract for professional services is anticipated to be awarded in the third quarter of 2026. The specific timeline for the completion of services will be dictated by the scope defined during project scoping.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed at Indianapolis International Airport and specifically involve the area connecting the new hotel to the Ground Transportation Center through the existing parking garage.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with insurance requirements as outlined in Exhibit D, which includes Worker's Compensation Insurance and various liability insurances with specified minimum limits. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to consider community business partnerships and must submit a Bidders List and Business Information Document as part of their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
