Odell Lake Painting

Background

The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this Request for Competitive Quotes (RFCQ) to establish a contract for home and dormitory painting, pressure washing, caulking, and other incidental work. The goal of this contract is to ensure that ODOT can maintain its facilities effectively, providing necessary services that include all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services required for the completion of the project.

Work Details

The work under this contract includes: 1. Home and dormitory painting; 2. Pressure washing; 3. Caulking; 4. All other incidental work necessary for the completion of the project as detailed in the Contract Documents. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services required to complete these tasks.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract begins upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed and includes substantial completion by August 6, 2026, and final completion by September 10, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will take place at the Odell Lake Maintenance Station located at MP 64.3 Hwy 58 in Klamath County.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be licensed with the State Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bidding and certified with the Oregon Health Authority Lead-Based Paint Program (LBPP). Failure to comply with these requirements will result in rejection of the bid. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to demonstrate their capability through previous contracts of similar nature.
