Pavement Preservation (Sahara DMV)

Scope of Work

The contractor is required to perform the following pavement preservation services at the Sahara DMV: - Crack sealing of pavement in designated areas - Pavement patching as specified in the project plans - Seal coating or fog sealing in accordance with the provided specifications - Restriping the parking lot to match existing conditions - Repainting curbs and bollards to match existing colors and standards All work must be completed in strict compliance with the plans and specifications provided for this project.

Contract Requirements

- The total contract time is 59 calendar days. - Liquidated damages of $360.00 per calendar day will be assessed for late completion. - This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements (PWP #CL-2026-376).
