The work includes: 1) Site preparation and debris clearance; 2) Core aeration of all designated turf areas; 3) Topdressing with a soil amendment blend consisting of compost (minimum 40% by volume), pulverized topsoil (IL-TACO Tier 1 Certified), and sand (maximum 10% by volume); 4) Overseeding with a specified turfgrass seed blend from Conserv FS; 5) Incorporation of topdressing materials into the turf surface; 6) Cleanup and restoration of disturbed areas. The project covers approximately 8 acres of turfgrass with an existing irrigation system. All aeration cores must penetrate a minimum depth of two inches with uniform coverage.
