Contract Requirements

Vendors are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation document to ensure compliance with all requirements. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Providing legal counsel related to bond issuance - Serving as Issuers Counsel for the State of Utah - Supporting all legal aspects associated with the issuance of bonds All requirements and expectations are detailed in the solicitation document.

Instructions on Submission

Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted by June 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Submissions are due by June 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Please be aware that there is a 1GB limit on a single file upload. Vendors must contact the designated individual or office identified in the solicitation document for submission and further information, as the Division of Purchasing is not involved in this process.
