TBA - Contractor: TBD - Description: This requirement requires one U.S. flag, Jones Act, self-sustaining Offshore Support Vessel (OSV), with a minimum of 3,500 square feet of unobstructed cargo deck space, with a minimum cargo deck strength of 1,000 pounds per square foot, with a crane capable of lifting 20 tons at an outreach of 30 feet, with a maximum laden draft 6 meters, with the ability to carry HAZCLAS 1 cargo, with a minimum of four reefer plugs and with a Minimum Laden Speed that shall be 10 knots.
