Work Details The contract requires the purchase of one (1) Husqvarna CS 2512 or Equal Wire Saw System, which includes delivery and training at Tinker Air Force Base, OK. The Wire Saw System must include the following components and specifications: 1. **Wire Saw Specifications:** - Designed for use with an external power supply. - Capable of cutting steel and concrete, suitable for both small and large operations while being compact and mobile. - Powered by a hydraulic motor with: - Minimum output power rating of 20 Kilowatts. - Minimum spindle starting torque of 190 Newton-meters. - Water-cooled hydraulic motor and diamond wire with a minimum pressure rate of 30 psi. - Variable gear box allowing wire movement between 65 – 80 feet per second. - Total weight not exceeding 330 pounds. - Capability for vertical and horizontal cuts. - Guard covering internal components and stored diamond wire. - Adjustable hydraulic pressure monitoring system. - Outlet for water attachment. - Mobility features including wheels and handle for transport by one person. - Anchoring capability during operation. - Storage for a minimum of 52 feet of diamond wire. - Tension indicator for monitoring diamond wire tension. - Tool kit for maintenance including necessary tools and brushes, along with physical and digital copies of the operator’s manual. 2. **Power Pack Specifications:** - Electric motor-powered to supply energy to the Wire Saw from up to 20 feet away. - Emergency stop button included on the unit. - ON/OFF switch functionality. - Remote control to manage cutting power and speed with a minimum cable length of 25 feet.
