Background The Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) is seeking to procure sink fixtures to replace current fixtures in Buildings 2000 and 2018. This initiative aims to support water mitigation corrective actions and enhance the efficiency of the hospital's domestic hot and cold-water system. Work Details The contractor shall provide various types of sink fixtures as specified below: 1. **Gooseneck, Brass** - Quantity: 30 each - Specifications: Brass construction with chrome plated finish, 8" widespread, 1/2" IPS connections, 5-1/4" spout reach, 4" wrist blade handles with hot and cold color indicators, vandal resistant torx head screws. - Standards: Certified to meet A112.18.1/CSA Bl 25.1, NSF 61/9 & 372, compliant with California Proposition 65 and Federal Safe Drinking Water. 2. **Gooseneck, Chrome, Cast Metal** - Quantity: 100 each - Specifications: Brass construction with chrome plated finish, 1/2" IPS connections, 4" spout reach, vandal resistant torx head screws. - Standards: Compliant with Water Sense standards. 3. **Gooseneck, Chrome, Commercial Faucets** - Quantity: 50 each - Specifications: Chrome finish, brass body material, single post design with a flow rate of 2 GPM. 4. **Low Arc, Chrome, Cast Brass** - Quantity: 20 each - Specifications: Features laminar flow control in base of spout and vandal-resistant components. All sink fixtures must comply with relevant industry standards and be suitable for installation by GIMC Facility Management. Period of Performance Delivery is required within 42 days after award. Place of Performance Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 1808 W. Aztec Avenue, Gallup NM 87301. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers of the specified sink fixtures. The solicitation is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE). Bidders are required to submit a detailed quotation demonstrating compliance with all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment A), along with a capability statement and the IHS Buy Indian Act IEE Representation Form.
