Architectural Services for a New District Office

Background

The Alpine School District, through its Department of Purchasing and in collaboration with the Timpanogos School District, is seeking qualified architectural firms to provide design and related architectural services for a new District Office. This Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) aims to obtain statements from companies to award a contract under the Utah Procurement Code 63G-6a Part 15 for Design Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The selected vendor will be the one with the highest ranking and will negotiate a contract based on fair and reasonable compensation.

Work Details

Architectural firms are required to provide comprehensive design services for the new District Office. This includes but is not limited to: conceptual design, detailed architectural drawings, project management, compliance with local building codes, and coordination with other contractors and stakeholders involved in the construction process.

Period of Performance

The period of performance for this contract will be determined during the negotiation phase after selecting the highest-ranked vendor.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed within the jurisdiction of the Alpine School District, specifically at the site designated for the new District Office.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be properly licensed to conduct business within the State of Utah. They must also certify that they have adequate personnel and resources to fulfill the RFSQ requirements. Additionally, bidders are required to refrain from any contact or negotiations regarding their proposal with any District contact after receiving this RFSQ, as such actions could lead to disqualification.
