Background

The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is seeking formal bids for the construction of the Parks & Recreation Maintenance Headquarters. This project is part of their ongoing efforts to enhance community facilities and is estimated to cost $958,558, funded under CIP No. 06012.

Wetland Seed Mixture 2 (39 Lb) 15. Wetland Seed Mixture 3 (29 Lb) 16. Fertilizing (1,750 Lb) 17. Weed Control (26,516 SqYd) 18. Fiber Mulching (8.2 Ton) 19. Erosion Control Blanket (844 SqYd) 20. 12" Diameter Erosion Control Wattle (290 Ft) 21. Silt Fence Installation and Repair Tasks 22. Temporary Vehicle Tracking Control 23. Installation of 12" Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe including Flared Ends.

Period of Performance

The work is expected to commence upon contract award and must be fully completed within 75 calendar days by November 15, 2026.

Place of Performance

The project will be performed at the Parks & Recreation Department located at 2401 W 49th Street, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be registered as a vendor on the e-procurement platform and provide a Federal Tax ID Number on the bid form. A bid security of 10% is required for bids over $100,000 or a certified check of 5%. Performance and Payment Bonds are required for contracts totaling $100,000 or more.
