Contract: PORTABLE TOILET SERVICES

Background

The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is seeking bids for Portable Toilet Services. The purpose of this contract is to establish a reliable service for the rental and maintenance of portable toilets across various locations in the state, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Work Details

The contractor will provide all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the following services: 1. Rental of portable toilets for a minimum of two days, including supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand sanitizer. 2. Weekly cleaning of each unit, which must be logged by the vendor after each cleaning. 3. Delivery of portable toilets within three business days or within six hours for emergency orders. 4. Provision of handicap-accessible toilets as required, including ramps if necessary. 5. Maintenance of service cards inside each unit to document cleaning times and dates. 6. Additional cleanings beyond the scheduled weekly service will incur extra charges as specified in the Offer Sheet.

Period of Performance

The contract term will commence upon approval by the Governor and Executive Council and will run through November 30, 2029. There is an option to extend the contract for up to three additional years under mutual agreement.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed throughout the State of New Hampshire, specifically in locations designated by the state agencies involved.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be duly registered as vendors authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire and must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage prior to performing any services for the state.
