Traffic Signal light Equipment and Parts

Background

The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is issuing this solicitation under its authority to procure Traffic Signal Equipment, Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services for the Connecticut Department of Transportation. This contract will replace the previous contract award 20PSX0131.

Work Details

The contract encompasses the purchase of various Traffic Signal Equipment and Parts, including but not limited to traffic signal lights, controllers, and related supplies. The contractor is expected to provide repair services as applicable. All products must conform to specified standards and be suitable for the intended use. The solicitation encourages the use of environmentally preferable products (EPPs), which must be documented if offered.

Period of Performance

The contract period will commence on June 5, 2026, and conclude on July 6, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services and products will be delivered to designated locations within the State of Connecticut.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with Connecticut's Digital Accessibility Policy and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Additionally, bidders must provide documentation regarding any micro-business or veteran-owned status if applicable. They must also certify that they are not currently debarred from contracting with any governmental entity.
