Background The USDA Forest Service, Allegheny National Forest, is seeking to procure broadcast herbicide application services for designated understory vegetation within the Bradford and Marienville Ranger Districts. Bidder Requirements Bidders must meet the following requirements: - Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). - Must assign key personnel including a Project Supervisor and a Licensed Pennsylvania Commercial Pesticide Applicator. - Key personnel must not be substituted within the first ninety days unless due to illness or termination; any substitutions thereafter require prior approval. - Bidders must submit résumés for key personnel demonstrating relevant experience and qualifications.
