A Site Visit will be conducted on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 10:00AM Central Standard Time (CST) at: MICC - Fort Leavenworth 731 McClellan Avenue, Building 48, 1st Floor Conference Room Fort Leavenworth, KS 66027 The Vendor shall provide the name of the company and individuals that will attend (Limit 2 per company) to the attention of Eric Grande, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at eric.p.grande.civ@army.mil no later than (NLT) Monday, June 15, 2026 at 2:00PM CST. Please be sure to allow for additional time to process through the Post Visitor's Center. Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

Background The Installation HVAC Ventilation and Duct Cleaning contract is issued by the MICC - Fort Leavenworth, which aims to ensure air quality standards and the proper functioning of HVAC systems. The goal of this contract is to provide ongoing vent and duct cleaning services to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all personnel at the installation. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive cleaning and inspection of all mechanical HVAC units and associated ductwork. Specific tasks include: 1) Conducting a visual inspection of all accessible HVAC system components, including air handling units, ductwork, coils, and drain pans, to determine appropriate cleaning methods. A written inspection report must document the pre-service condition of all HVAC systems. 2) Performing vent and ductwork cleaning using Source Removal mechanical cleaning methods that extract contaminants from the system. All specified ductwork must be rendered 'Visibly Clean' per NADCA standards. A post-service report detailing areas cleaned and methods used must be submitted. 3) Scheduled air filter changes using government-furnished filters with proper disposal of used filters. 4) Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services meet performance standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance The ordering period for this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. Place of Performance The work will be performed at government facilities on the Installation located in Fort Leavenworth, KS. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBC). Contractor personnel must pass a background check to gain access to government facilities.
