Background The Psychological Health Program (PHP) FY26 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services issued by the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The goal of this contract is to provide Psychological Health Program Support Services, which are essential for enhancing the psychological well-being of service members. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and addressing any complaints promptly. 7. Collaborating with other regional command support services to avoid duplication of efforts.
