Background The Psychological Health Program (PHP) FY26 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services issued by the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC). The goal of this contract is to provide Psychological Health Program Support Services, which are essential for enhancing the psychological well-being of service members. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, emphasizing the commitment to support small businesses in fulfilling government contracts. Work Details The contractor shall provide comprehensive psychological health support services, including but not limited to: 1. Providing assessment and short-term problem resolution counseling. 2. Offering referral services and clinical case management. 3. Delivering Traumatic Event Management services. 4. Conducting education, training, and support activities aimed at increasing service member readiness for deployment. 5. Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The QCP must include monitoring procedures for performance compliance, staff qualifications, and corrective actions for non-conformance. 6. Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and addressing any complaints promptly. 7. Collaborating with other regional command support services to avoid duplication of efforts.
