Background The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Southern Plains Regional Office (SPRO) is issuing this solicitation for fencing and materials to support natural resource management. Bidder Requirements This solicitation is set aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs). Bidders must be authorized resellers of their quoted solutions.
