Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) The prior awards W911S225PA974 and W911S226PA216 were both awarded to Military Airlift Experts (Milairx) for rail spanners under the S2P2 program, with values of $233,200 and $78,450 respectively. These prior efforts appear to involve the same type of aluminum rail spanner fabrication for military loading operations, including spanning between railcars and meeting load/safety requirements, which suggests the current requirement is a continuation or follow-on procurement of similar rail spanner hardware for Fort Campbell’s Army Power Projection Platform.
