Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract under the BIA Navajo Region Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), with multiple awardees holding active task order vehicles during 09/24/21–09/23/26. Confirmed incumbents include Sealaska Constructors ($19,719,875), Rock Gap Engineering ($19,573,961), and Suh’Dutsing-Pilkington Construction JV ($7,712,017), among others. Because the prior awards are for the same BIA Navajo Region construction MATOC and this requirement is a flooring replacement at Building #3 in Window Rock, AZ, the work likely represents a continuation of task-order level facility maintenance/construction services within that existing vehicle.
