Offerors are required to submit technical specifications that meet minimum requirements outlined in the Purchase Description. Contractors must also be capable of accepting electronic fund payments for this procurement. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract based on recent awards to Northland Lawn & Sport under W911RZ25PA029 for $193,130.16 (4 UTVs) for the Directorate of Emergency Services. The current RFQ similarly calls for a 6x6 utility vehicle and turn-key upfit package to support DES mission-critical testing and wildland fire mitigation at Redstone Arsenal, which suggests the prior work is a continuation of the same DES UTV lifecycle procurement. A related prior award also exists with Logistics365 (W911S225PA904) for a utility vehicle solution, indicating ongoing procurement of comparable utility vehicle equipment for the same end user.
