Offering surge hours for Regional Director Psychological Health - Team Leads as needed. 3. Supplying 15 FTEs for Regional Director Psychological Health, amounting to 26,400 hours. 4. Delivering surge hours for Regional Director Psychological Health as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 5. Developing and maintaining a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with service standards and objectives. 6. Conducting assessments, short-term problem resolution counseling, referral services, clinical case management, and traumatic event management. 7. Providing education, training, and support to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce waste or fraud in government financial systems.
