Summary: Background The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is issuing this solicitation for the construction of a wall and doorway at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina. The goal of the contract is to create a new small office space within the existing Admin Law RM 204A, enhancing operational capabilities while maintaining the functionality of the building during construction. Compliance with cybersecurity requirements for contractor-owned computers used on-site, including maintaining current operating systems and security patches. 3. Temporary contractor-installed IP networks may be utilized under strict conditions to ensure government access and compliance verification. Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent and/or closely related prior contract under the Navy’s MACC general construction multiple-award vehicles supporting work at both MCB Camp Lejeune and MCAS Cherry Point.
