Background The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) is seeking to procure a NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy System to support their mission of providing care to veteran patients. This system is critical for treating veterans with depression-related conditions and is integrated into their patient care delivery network. The Geriatric Research, Education, and Clinical Center (GRECC) at CAVHS also utilizes this system for research aimed at understanding healthy aging and developing interventions for age-associated cognitive decline. The current system is reaching the end of its operational lifespan, necessitating a replacement to ensure continuity of care and ongoing research efforts. Work Details The contract requires the provision of one NeuroStar® Advanced Therapy System (brand name only), which must include the following components: 1. The Neuronetics system 2. Xplor system inbuilt 3. Senstars included for the first 100 treatments 4. User-friendly interface 5. Console, chair &amp; accessories plus Instructions for Use (IFU)/Treatment Protocols for Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxious Depression, and TouchStar 6. Installation services 7. Training for staff 8. Software necessary for operation 9. One-year warranty on the system 10. 24/7 Customer Support and Technical Support Hotline 11.
