Background

This is a re-bid for the Prairieville Park Renovations project. The purpose is to receive competitive sealed bids for the described improvements at Prairieville Park.

Contract Requirements

All bids must comply with the Contract Documents available at the Ascension Parish Purchasing Department, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, LA 70737. Specifications, bid documents, contract documents, and construction drawings may be obtained from the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Department at the above address. Documents can be mailed to bidders if a shipping account number is provided. Note that no refunds will be issued for returned drawings. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the job site: 38430 LA-929, Prairieville, LA 70769. Attendance by a representative of each prospective prime bidding firm is required as a condition for submitting a bid. Failure to attend the entire meeting and sign the official attendance register will result in rejection of the submitted bid.

Instructions on Submission

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737, by July 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Where bids are to be received on forms furnished by the awarding authority, no contract documents shall be issued otherwise.
