Background

Lincoln Electric System (LES) is seeking bids for the procurement of Southern Yellow Pine utility poles. The contractor will provide the following items: - 15 EA POLE SYP 40FT CL 2 (LES M# 7205): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, 40 ft Class 2. - 15 EA POLE SYP 45FT CL 2 (LES M# 7213): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, 45 ft Class 2. - 90 EA POLE SYP 40FT CL 4 (LES M# 7209): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, 40 ft Class 4. - 24 EA POLE SYP 35FT CL 4 (LES M# 7201): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, 35 ft Class 4. - 15 EA POLE SYP 30FT CL 4 (LES M# 7193): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, 30 ft Class 4. - 30 EA POLE SYP 40FT CL 4 (LES M# 7209): Wood, Southern Yellow Pine, Penta or DCOI treated, delivered to two different locations in Lincoln. All poles must conform to LES specifications and include inspection certificates indicating compliance with these specifications at no additional cost.

Period of Performance

The delivery date for all equipment must be specified by the bidder and is an essential element of the contract.

Bidder Requirements
