Background

The State of Hawaii Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), Automotive Management Division (AMD), is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of Ventek parking equipment, replacement parts, accessories, and related components. The goal of this contract is to ensure that all equipment is compatible with existing Ventek parking systems utilized by AMD.

Work Details

All items must be fully compatible with AMD's existing Ventek parking equipment and systems. The vendor is responsible for ensuring compatibility and must replace any incompatible equipment at their expense.

Period of Performance

The specific period of performance is not detailed in the solicitation; however, all items must be delivered FOB Destination to the Automotive Management Division.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for all items is the Automotive Management Division in Hawaii.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must submit a single lump sum bid for all specified equipment and services. Partial bids will not be accepted. The award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder submitting the lowest total lump sum bid.
