Background

The Department of Law Enforcement is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure firearms and accessories for law enforcement personnel. The goal is to acquire fifteen (15) semi-automatic, 9mm, striker-fired pistols, along with additional magazines, holsters, and magazine pouches. This procurement aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the Sheriff’s Office by providing additional firearms of the same model already in service.

All items must include a one-year manufacturer parts and labor warranty as well as a limited lifetime warranty.

Period of Performance

The delivery of all items must be completed within thirty (30) days after receipt of order, with a guaranteed delivery date on or before July 31, 2026.

Delivery shall be made to the Department of Law Enforcement at the following address: 715 S. King St STE 400, Honolulu HI 96813.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a Federal Firearms License (FFL) either as a firearm manufacturer or an authorized Law Enforcement Firearm Distributor. Additionally, bidders must comply with local business registration requirements and provide proof of compliance with tax clearance and other state regulations.
