Background

Work Details

The vendor must ensure that all items are new and come with a manufacturer's warranty. Delivery is to be coordinated with ERSM staff at the Hiland Facility located at 8501 Hesterberg Road, Eagle River, AK, between June 30, 2026, and July 15, 2026. The vendor is responsible for providing a true and correct consolidated invoice listing delivery tickets in numerical order.

Delivery will take place at the MOA ERSM Hiland Facility at 8501 Hesterberg Road, Eagle River, Alaska.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must acknowledge all addenda issued against this Invitation to Bid. Bids must be submitted electronically through BidExpress or in a sealed envelope. Bidders are required to provide certifications or disclosures within five days upon request by the Purchasing Officer.
